Marcus was born in College Station, Texas in 1974 and is a graduate of Alva High School and Northwestern Oklahoma State University. He is a 2001 graduate of the University of Oklahoma School Law and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar the same year. At Alva High School Marcus was a two-time state champion in cross-examination debate, one time state champion in extemporaneous speaking, an nfl national qualifier and the Great Midwest open class champion in cross-examination. At NWOSU he served two years as the student government president and was named a John F. Kennedy Scholar. In law school at the University of Oklahoma, he was president of American Trial Lawyers Association, an OU Foundation Scholar and a Miskovsky Scholar. Marcus is also active in the Oklahoma Bar Association and has served as President of the Alfalfa County Bar Association since 2001. Mr. Jungman has a general criminal and civil practice. The majority of his work is in transactions, property, banking and civil litigation. Marcus has handled numerous jury trials as lead and co-counsel.
